Thank you for shopping with SAG11. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SAG11 is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
